CATERING IN SCOTLAND AWARDS - Independent Event Caterer of the Year (WINNER) - 2010
Judges were looking for an independent owner-managed company, based in Scotland, with its focus firmly set on the provision of high quality service using a flexible business model and, above all, championing the use of fresh, traceable Scottish produce in it's core menu items.
The principal activities were to inculde product launches, weddings, parties and corporate events. The ability to demonstrate a clear vision for creating unusual and unique packages to meet our clients' requirements.
