For the second year running we were finalist in this category, up against the finest event caterers in the UK. This category was open to all in-house and external catering teams. We had to demonstrate how creativity had resulted in enhanced business via menu selection, progressive ideas, client solutions and endorsements for three different events.

 

The judges intially created a short list of those caterers who they felt had met the criteria. These finalists were then invited to London, to replicate these menus in a live tasting session with the judges. This years winners were Rhubarb.
