INDEPENDENT EVENT CATERER OF THE YEAR CIS Excellence Awards 2006 (FINALIST)

Looking to recognised an independent owner managed company based in Scotland with its focus firmly set on the provision of high quality service using a flexible business model and above all championing the use of fresh, traceable Scottish produce in its core menu items.

Nominated companies would have a turnover of less than £5m and would have both their current and target client base in Scotland.

The core activity for the winning firm would include product launches, weddings, parties and corporate events. Entrants were required to demonstrate a clear vision for creating unusual and unique packages to meet their clients requirements.
