Hospitality Supervisor - (position: permanent, full time)

Work for the UK Event Caterer of the Year (Cost Sector Awards) in our Operations team. You will have responsibilities for the supervision of events in several of Edinburgh’s and Central Scotland’s most prestigious venues (Castles, Palaces, Stately Homes and buildings of distinction). With excellent customer service and man management skills over a proven period , as well as a passion for the front end management of events, you will also have an eye for detail and good knowledge of food and beverage.

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Ability to manage a large team of people in varied circumstances
