A spring wedding in Scotland on a sunny day at Falkland Palace is a dream come true. A truly special couple, along with 140 guests revelled in a fabulous day. The bride, who was originally from Falkland, and groom, made the trip from London to fulfil her childhood dream of marrying in Falkland Palace.

 

 The marriage ceremony took place in the village church then the happy couple and guests were piped down the main street for a unique drinks reception in the Palace. A marquee within the beautiful orchard was a really spectacular affair and a perfect choice for the reception. Filled with colourful lanterns, flower pom poms and an abundance of tulips, the guests were served a splendid Scottish tradition of Cullen skink, followed by slow cooked lamb, whilst dessert was their wedding cake handmade by a family friend.
