Chamber Award Winner

Hearty congratulations to Chamber members Heritage Portfolio! As the Scottish winner of the British Chamber Awards 2004 in the category Business of the Year they will now be automatically entered into the UK finals – I know we will all wish them success.

We understand the integrity of entries from across the Scottish Chamber network was tremendously high so it an achievement that they can justifiably be proud of. Amongst the key criteria the regional winner had to demonstrate business excellence in terms of both financial performance and operations, an innovative approach to problem solving and success in meeting and surpassing customer needs.

Heritage Portfolio Ltd was formed in 2002 with the merging of two large local catering companies – Heritage Hospitality and Portfolio Catering, bringing together over fifty permanent staff. The company specialise in hospitality with a contemporary twist on the traditional and have clearly identified that staff development was the crucial means of managing change and driving the business forward.
