The Gallery Café at the Gallery of Modern Art, with its fine terrace overlooking the sculpture garden, makes this one of the best alfresco dining experiences in the city.  Summer and winter alike, the light airy buzz has made this a firm local favourite for our many regular guests, as well as for those who consider no trip to Edinburgh complete without a visit here.  

The innovative menu will include delicious soups, tasty hot main dishes, salads, as well as stuffed croissants and baguettes all freshly made on the premises every day.  A classic selection of Scottish cheeses is served with home made chutney and the triumphant array of home baked cakes includes our renowned carrot cake.
