Surgeons' Hall Complex

The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh opens the doors of their exciting new complex

If you are looking for somewhere different to hold your conference, meetings and social events you should take a look at the Royal College of Surgeon’s of Edinburgh’s new £14 million Surgeons’ Hall Complex.

The complex, which is just 10 minutes from Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street, allows you to hold events for between 10 and 250 guests within a historic setting in the City of Medicine.  Regardless of whether you are managing a prestigious corporate event or holding a small informal gathering, the Surgeon’s Hall Complex can meet your needs and surpass your expectations.

There are four distinct venues within the complex: Surgeons’ Hall, Quincentenary Hall, The Symposium Hall and Ten Hill Place Hotel .

Surgeons’ Hall is the flagship building which dates back to 1823, and consists of a beautiful main hall and small intimate wood-panelled rooms available for private dining.

If you would prefer your event to take place in a more modern setting, then the Quincentenary Hall is for you. It is a beautiful, modern building with three large meeting rooms, a multi-purpose main hall with a sprung dance floor, reception area and supporting facilities.

The Symposium Hall is a modern, self-contained auditorium, seating up to 158 people. It has state of the art AV equipment and an audience voting facility. It also has a reception area that is ideal for exhibition stands and for serving refreshments.

Ten Hill Place Hotel provides quality, tasteful accommodation immediately adjacent to the Campus.  It provides 78 quality rooms, four of which are skyline rooms with a spectacular view of Edinburgh
