Our Chefs
Our award-winning chefs are self-confessed food fanatics, combining passion and culinary expertise in equal measure. Ever so slightly bonkers in their creative way, yet capable of military organisation in a kitchen with a workforce of 40, they are a crack team and our most important people.
Highly-trained and devoted to the freshest of ingredients, they will work directly with clients to devise menus which are on the money in every sense, working with superb flair and imagination. With extraordinarily high standards and attention to detail, a plate that isn’t practically licked clean is not a success in their book (and then there’s trouble).
Their deft, clever touches and ability to change up a culinary gear whenever they can, have established us as supremely skilful caterers with a pioneering, adventurous spirit.
