With spectacular views across the River Tay, Tatha Bar & Kitchen brings delicious family dining to Dundee's waterfront. The all-day menu has something for everyone at any time of day; from breakfast and brunch to lunch, as well as a wide selection of home-baked scones and cakes to enjoy with a coffee whilst soaking up stunning views across the River Tay.
Our Suppliers
We are delighted to work with some fantastic local suppliers and even host 'partner' evenings where our guest suppliers showcase the best of their produce in free tastings. Visitors are welcome to attend the events for free before enjoying a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Previous guests have included 71 Brewing, Alliance Wines, Verdant Spirits and Arbikie Highland Estate.
All-day menu
Treat yourself to scrumptious scones and savoury pastries, lunch or afternoon tea at Tatha Bar & Kitchen. A range of freshly baked scones and savoury pastries are served everyday alongside our all day menu featuring hot dishes, sandwiches, salads and soups as well as a range of sweet and savoury bites. There's something for every taste, and of course we've also looked after our diners with dietary requirements and children, who have their own menu.
Afternoon tea
A selection of sweet and savoury bites, served with bottomless coffee, tea or a soft drink of your choice. Taking inspiration from the museum and the city that surrounds it, this menu draws on the flavours of Scotland with hints of Japanese to celebrate its Architect, Kengo Kuma. You’ll find nods to Dundee’s own main trades of Jute, Jam and Journalism, alongside a celebration of Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s famous Oak Room which resides in the permanent collection at V&A Dundee.
