Dine in traditional Korean family-style at our communal table, where sharing, conversation and laughter accompany a delicious Korean feast, specially prepared for this unique dining experience.

The evening begins with a Korean-inspired welcome cocktail, specially created for this event by our master mixologist, Craig Bonner. Guests will then be invited to take their seats at our family-style communal dining table, where starters and main courses will be served as tempting sharing platters, encouraging conversation and the discovery of new flavours and new friends.

Our chefs have spent weeks researching Korean cookery to create an inspired set-menu that provides a unique introduction to one of the great Asian cuisines, a dynamic combination of spice and umami, including mouth-watering Korean dishes such as mandu, with classic eastern flavours such as kimchi, red bean paste, and chilli cured eggs.

Note: Due to the nature of this event, we will not be able to cater for any dietary requirements.

Starter:

Mandu (Korean aromatic dumplings with pork belly and spring onion)

Korean fried chicken

Glutinous rice cakes with sweet Korean BBQ sauce

Main:

BBQ pulled beef brisket, kimchi fried rice, Korean spinach, crispy noodles, soy and chilli cured egg

Dessert:

Hotteok (Korean sweet pancakes) with sweet red bean paste, spiced cherry compote, vanilla crème fraiche and chocolate mousse

Drinks:

The menu includes a welcome cocktail or mocktail and one drink with the meal. Additional drinks will be available to purchase on the night.

This is a pre-paid ticketed event - no tickets will be sold on the night.
Vouchers may be purchased as gifts and will be valid only on Friday 17th May 2024. The voucher is non-refundable and the purchaser and the recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher number is not disclosed to others.
