Uncover the secrets behind crafting perfect mince pies, infused with festive flavours, using Retail Development Chef Lizzie's personal recipe that you can confidently pass off as your own. Our culinary experts will also reveal insider tips on effortlessly creating delectable canapés that embody the essence of the holiday season, whilst being easily replicable at home.

Join us in welcoming our esteemed mixologist, Craig Bonner, as he shares his expertise on exquisite cocktail combinations for this festive season, and you’ll learn how to transform a simple glass of fizz into a magnificent seasonal cocktail under Craig's guidance. Plus, no Heritage Portfolio masterclass would be complete without a delightful 'tasting session'! Savour scrumptious food and enticing cocktails throughout the night.
