The Gateway at the Botanics is an integral part of our visitor experience. Located in The John Hope Gateway building to the West of the Garden we offer counter service brunch (Fridays-Sundays), lunch, scones and home baking.
Our menus make full use of the produce available on our doorstep, incorporating fruit, vegetables and herbs all grown in our Kitchen Garden. We offer a seasonal, made-from-scratch menu, which includes warming soups, deli filled sandwiches, hasselback baked potatoes, daily changing hot specials, and our vibrant salad bar.
There’s no need to book in advance as we have ample indoor seating, and our outdoor decking area provides an alfresco space for additional visitors to enjoy the stunning scenery that surrounds us.
