Events Sales Executive

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Events Sales Executive to join our amazing team based at Perth Racecourse, Scotland's most northerly racecourse!

Main Responsibilities

  • Exceed targets by providing customers with a motivating and exemplary sales experience.

  • Manage sales enquiries through venue client bookings inbox.

  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, logging all enquiries and updating notes and status as required.

  • Prepare proposals and bespoke requests for all clients.

  • Conduct all venue site visits and complete all follow ups.

  • Work closely with Venue General Managers and Event Design team to ensure smooth customer journey.

  • Assist with entertaining, sales missions, networking and exhibitions and at all times act as an ambassador for both Heritage Portfolio and the venue client.

  • Achieve personal KPI's to be agreed with Line Manager.


The Ideal Candidate

Will have a strong background in hospitality sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer and sales targets.  You will have a genuine passion for cultural destinations with the ability to learn and become a knowledgeable sales ambassador for Perth Racecourse.


You will also have:

  • Proven negotiation skill.
