Creating ‘an experience beyond food’ – one of our mantras - is at the heart of all the cafés we’ve set up in historic buildings and visitor attractions around Scotland.
What makes our cafés extra-special is our dedication to quality. All of our savoury food and scones are made in house, from scratch, by conscientious food lovers who focus seasonality and sustainability at the heart of all their menus. Our dedicated Bakery services all of our cafes with a wide range of traybakes, mini loaves, biscuits, tarts and showstopper cakes, as well as our much-loved bespoke Afternoon Teas.
Some of our cafes have their own kitchen gardens and we use herbs, leaves, fruit, veg and flowers from these lovingly tended plots whenever we can. Food miles = zero!
As a testament to our chic interiors and instinctive hospitality, these café spaces are increasingly in demand for evening hire – we’ve catered weddings, parties, dinners and private views at a number of our destinations – just ask for details.
