Paolozzi’s Kitchen, located inside the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art Two and set around Paolozzi’s vast Vulcan sculpture, surely one of the more unusual backdrops to lunch, coffee, cake or anything in between!
Inspired by the renowned Scottish artist and sculptor, Eduardo Paolozzi, this exciting new restaurant will be serving Italian classics made with seasonal and local Scottish ingredients. Enjoy a delectable sharing platter filled with a selection of East Coast charcuterie with olives, homemade focaccia, olives and balsamic vinegar or a scrumptious goat’s cheese, honey braised figs, green pesto and chives pizza.
