Set against the breath-taking backdrop of the Main House, guests were welcomed with a selection of seasonal canapés and refreshing summer drinks. The elegant reception space buzzed with conversation as glasses clinked and beautifully presented bites offered a first taste of what was to come.
From there, the evening flowed effortlessly into the The Stables Kitchen, with seating under the Colonnades transformed into a relaxed yet refined dining space that truly brought the season to life. Our summer menu was carefully curated to showcase the very best of Scotland’s larder – from fresh seafood such as lobster and prawns, to premium cuts of red meat grilled to perfection.
A vibrant salad station offered a colourful array of accompaniments, balancing bold flavours with garden-fresh textures. For those with a love of fine cheese, our artisan cheese and cracker cart was a particular highlight, drawing guests back for second, and third helpings.
The setting was made all the more magical thanks to beautiful floral styling by the ever-talented team at Planet Flowers, whose arrangements added a flourish of summer colour throughout the venue.
This annual event is our way of showcasing the venue and this year was a true reflection of what we do best: combining exceptional food and service in one of the country’s most extraordinary venues.
